How to return an item
- Email us at pedro7candal@hotmail.com with your order number (the form below is optional).
- We reply within 48 business hours with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of your request, complete and in its original packaging (cap, remote, cable, guide).
Refund
We refund the full price paid, including the original shipping costs, no later than 14 days after your request, using the payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof that it has been sent back.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described. You may be liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Defective or damaged item
If your Rubelle Cap arrives damaged or is defective, send us a photo or short video: we will replace or refund it and cover the return shipping. You also benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
