Tracked shipping is free to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco. For other countries, shipping costs are shown before payment.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: 7 to 12 business days on average after dispatch.
Your order ships from our partner warehouse. Delivery may take slightly longer during busy periods (sales, holiday season).

Prices and taxes
All prices include VAT. No customs duties are payable on delivery within the European Union.
Lost or damaged parcel
If your parcel has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, contact us: we will send a replacement or refund you.
